  • Tebra (EHR/Portal): Our clinical records and telehealth sessions are managed via Tebra. When you use the Patient Portal, your data is governed by our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Tebra to ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Headway (Billing): We use Headway to verify insurance and process billing. Your insurance information is securely transmitted to Headway for these purposes.
  • Google Analytics: We use this tool to track website performance. We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses and minimize the collection of any sensitive data.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your clinical inquiries or scheduling requests.
  • Verify insurance eligibility through Headway.
