Purpose of this website
This website provides general information about the practice and its services. It is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not start, stop or change medication based on website information. Discuss personal treatment questions with your clinician.
Visiting the website, sending a message, submitting a scheduling request or participating in a free introductory consultation does not by itself establish a provider-patient relationship. Clinical care begins through the practice’s intake, consent and acceptance process.
Services and availability
Gurjot Toor, DNP, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. The practice offers psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, teens and adults ages 6–65, with in-person appointments in Leesburg and telehealth for patients physically located in Virginia at the time of service. Clinical suitability and availability are determined individually. Requesting a visit does not guarantee acceptance, a diagnosis, a particular prescription or a treatment outcome.
Emergencies and communications
The practice does not provide emergency or crisis services. The website, email, voicemail and routine messaging are not monitored continuously and must not be used for urgent or emergency needs. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for immediate danger. Call or text 988 for crisis support.
Use ordinary email for administrative questions only. Existing patients should use the secure communication method designated by the practice for clinical information. Messaging does not replace an appointment or authorize medication changes.
Third-party services and payment
External scheduling, billing and other services may have separate terms and privacy notices. Review them before submitting information. Website use does not replace treatment consent, financial agreements or privacy authorizations.
Insurance participation and benefits vary by plan and can change. An insurance listing or benefit check is not a guarantee of payment.
