Stone Ridge Behavioral Health provides mental health services via telehealth only.

• Licensure: Clinical services are only available to individuals physically located within the Commonwealth of Virginia at the time of service, in accordance with state licensing laws.
• Platform: Appointments and secure clinical communications are conducted exclusively through our HIPAA-compliant platform, Tebra.
• Non-Secure Channels: Standard website forms and email are not intended for clinical communication. By using them, you acknowledge the inherent privacy risks of unencrypted electronic communication.

4. No Emergency Services

This Website and its contact methods are not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. You may also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

We utilize Headway to manage insurance verification and billing.
